Hi firenice,
1) I installed Dropbox with the Lite Software tool
2) Yes, the app indicator is installed
3) I do have composting enabled, but need (want) to leave it that way

Well torreydale, I was going to give this method a shot but this morning ... Dropbox has returned (booted this morning after being shut down for the night).

No, I am not using any of the lightweight browsers. I compared Chrome, Firefox, and Slimjet (which is pretty much Chrome). I tried them first use, and follow-on use.
They were all faster... |
