If Win10 make sure the windows account, if not a local, is fully qualified. [email protected] or what MS uses...
Also may want to check firewalls..
Test by turning off Windo... |

You maybe in the right spot - the list with the error doesn't show you have a failing PPA - let alone any at all.
You have a NO PUB Key error...

It can, Windows boot manager is still the default...
Some bios are different...
Go into the bios(F2 or So) at boot and change the boot order to Ubuntu. |
